All Candles and flameless products are shipped using USPS and are packaged to travel far.

All of our candles are made with coconut soy wax and all of our fragrances are Phthalates free. We hand pour each candle in house to ensure quality.

We accept any product that was damaged during shipping and will send you a new one to replace the broken one. If you would rather have a refund send us a photo of your damaged product and we will issue you a refund.
